Our Recruiter will conduct a phone interview to discuss your career history, key performance metrics, educational qualifications, management philosophies, any personal circumstances that may impact your career transition, and your desired salary and benefits. Many of the job opportunities we handle are confidential, so we kindly request that you refrain from sharing any identifying information with others. In certain cases, we may ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect the confidentiality of the positions. Your Recruiter will serve as your main point of contact with the potential employer. We also ask that you provide any internal references or contacts you may have at the company, as well as inform us of any previous applications submitted to the employer.

Please let us know your target date for changing jobs so we can align with your timeline and communicate it to the potential employer. You may also be asked to complete an online assessment to evaluate your personality traits and work habits related to job performance. Additionally, your Recruiter will conduct business reference checks to verify your qualifications, and in some cases, background checks may be necessary.
