IT’S FAST - With a regular employee, it might take a hiring manager days or weeks to get a job description approved internally. In most cases depending on the needed skills we are able to provide an Associate immediately.
IT’S FLEXIBLE -This is true for both the company hiring one of our Associates and for the contracted Associate. The employer is free to set the terms of the contract without the governing of full-time employees. Contract Associates have the freedom to pursue other interests (such as volunteer work, traveling, or caring for young children or aging parents) while maintaining their place in the professional world.
LOW COMMITMENT - Uncertain of how long you need the extra help? For short-term or medium-term projects, it's easier to bring in contract Associates for a limited time than it is to hire employees full time then lay them off several months later.
